This convenient and timely service will take you directly to your hotel. One of our assistants will be waiting for you at the platform and will accompany you to a nearby dock. From here your private water taxi will take you to your hotel or desired destination. We provide a fully equipped motorboat that will take you to your desired destination and ensure your privacy.

You may buy this service up to 48 hours in advance.

Please note that it is essential to indicate the following information in your purchase form (to be inserted in the message section):
1- arrival time / departure time and the train’s departure city/ destination city
2 - number of people and luggage
3 - name of your hotel in Venice and / or the address where you must go or from where you are leaving
4 - phone number where we can contact you  

It is recommended to inform us if there are any special requirements for disabled people. We inform you that our taxis are not equipped with a lifting platform.

CANCELLATION AND PENALTY POLICY

If the service is canceled by the operator, the paid amount will be refunded. A confirmation email will be sent, and we strongly recommend checking it before leaving. We also remind you to keep the reference telephone number handy and at your fingertips.
The reservation is non-refundable if the client does not show up.
